Yesterday, Saturday 29 August, in Pula, on the beautiful fields of Valkana, the Croatian national club championship for cadets and juniors of beach volley took place.
The juniors of the MOK UMAG won the bronze medal, while the cadets took 4th place.
This year, the following players have played for cadets and juniors: Leo Savić, Nicolas Sodomaco, Danijel Kremer, Simone Bassanese and Oscar Fattor-Hlaj. Unfortunately, Gabriel Nadal was unable to participate due to illness.
Congratulations to the boys for their commitment and fighting spirit. Given the strong wind that blew throughout the day, there was also a lack of luck. Regardless, and thus rejuvenated, they proved that the club again has a new generation that will represent our club for a few more years:
The day didn’t start in the best way, because on the highway, a few kilometers before the exit for Pula, the van’s tire burst, so we had to ask for the help of the HAK and the organizers of the championship, and our friends from the KOP Žnjan who came to help and took the boys, to arrive in time for the competition.
