WITH VICTORY IN THE ISTRIAN DERBY TODAY, THE MOK UMAG-CPM UMAGO AGAINST OK ROVIGNO 2 ROVINJ, SALT ON FIRST PLACE IN THE BOARD OF NATIONAL LEAGUE 2
Today 15.04.2018. starting at 7.00 pm in the sports hall of the elementary school Marija e Lina, the rejuvenated team of MOK UMAG-CPM UMAGO played the 9th round match against the OK “ROVIGNO II” team from Rovinj.
In the Istrian derby of the 2 national league owest there were no surprises today. The guys from MOK Umag-CPM Umago played the game decisively and won by 3: 0.
Starting from the beginning the home players were concentrated and determined, and bring each set to the end, quietly.
Today we had the opportunity to see three of our young players (young cadets and juniors), who have had the opportunity to play, and have shown that they have adapted to the first team.The libero player Alex Četojević on several occasions reacted with decision, and Daniel Kremer whit spike close the first set.
It makes us happy and proud of the commitment of young cadets and juniors who already play (Savic Leo, Antonio Degrassi, Charles Buric, Filip Paljuh) and we can safely say that our club has an assured future.
With today’s victory, the MOK Umag-CPM Umag took the first place, and with a possible victory in the 05.05 round. at Opatija whit 3:0 or 3:1, it could take the second consequtive title of championship.
