FINAL OF CROATIAN CUP 2021 – WEST REGION, MOK “UMAG” -CPM “UMAG” : OK “MLAKA” RIJEKA 0:3

MOK UMAG-CPM UMAGO : OK MLAKA 0:3 (18:25, 17:25, 19:25)

On Wednesday 10 November, starting at 19.00, in the hall of the Marija i Line Elementary School, the final of the 2021 Croatian Cup was played, for the western region between the hosts, the team MOK UMAG-CPM UMAGO and the OK MLAKA team from Fiume.
This is already the 5th final that our club has played in the last 7 years, since competing in the 2nd league of the Croatian West Volleyball Championship. Of this, we won three times and got the right to participate in the round of 16 of the Croatian Cup.
This year, the team has performed in a very rejuvenated lineup. That’s why our young guys had the opportunity to compete with an experienced opponent, for which our former teammate Miren Mulvaj Kopani also plays.
Led by our coach and player Luka Burić, the lads delivered a great performance and showed great play, but the experience of the older and more experienced players of the OK Mlaka squad nevertheless prevailed.
This was another beautiful and valuable experience for them, regardless of the outcome. Guys keep it up!
Congratulations to the guys and the coach, Luka Burić, who is working hard and doing a great job for now.
Unfortunately, the game was played without the presence of spectators, according to the indications of the Civil Protection.
For the MOK UMAG-CPM UMAGO today played: Luka Burić ©, Antonio Degrassi, Nicolas Sodomaco, Oscar Hlaj-Fator, Ileković David, Brando Damiani, Kozlović Luka and Markovec Ivano
Congratulations once again everyone!
