Sunday 01.12.2019. our cadets played in Rovinj the 2nd round of the inter-regional cadet league, that had been postponed.
After a great start in the first round and two victories in two games, there was a new challenge for our boys.This time, the opponents were OK Rovinj and MOK Grobničan.
After the senior team took home their second victory yesterday (two of two), today the cadets did the same thing in their category.
Our cadets came home this weekend undefeated and without a lost set. In both games they showed maturity and team-friendliness, and in some moments when there was a slight decrease in concentration (especially in the first game), they reacted quickly and took control of the situation.
In this generation we can see the enormous work and effort carried out by the coach, who prepared them all these years. This generation of cadets certainly has great potential and they have a good future ahead of them if they continue to work as hard as they have done for the past three years.
Also noteworthy is the first appearance of two young cadets, Tomas Vežnaver and Nicola Paljuh, which was the first official appearance for the cadet team.
